Rangers International Security Services launched itself to be of services to the communities in the UAE. Rangers is a 100% locally owned company led by the Menhali family with Mr.Halit Dolgun, as the Managing Director. Rangers aims to provide reliable, credible, and transparent security services that focus on "continuous improvement”.

 

Dr.Khaled Musaed Abdullah Al Minhali, Chairman, Board of Directors  is a doctor by profession practicising in Mafraq Hospital, Abu Dhabi

Mr.Musaed Abdullah Al Minhali, The Honored Chairman is an ex-police  official  besides having 14 years of experience at Mina Zayed Port and 8 years in ADNOC

Patronage: Ranger International Security Services is one of the newest providers of security in Dubai. Rangers are licensed by the UAE federal regulatory body, the Directorate of Protective Services (DPS), Dubai Police and all guards, supervisors, trainers and managers will comply with the stringent standards monitored by the Dubai Police.

THE TWELVE FOOT PRINCIPLE
This principle brings forth the true character of our guards in the security  and services Industry. If the Security guards are engaged in a function that has their attention they are trained to simultaneously engage another “client”(the public )when the client gets within twelve feet and greet them as well as inquire if there is something that they can help them with. This is done with caution (Security mindedness) as well as with courteousness (Service mindedness). This principle is inculcated as second nature in all our  guards during our in-house training sessions and it is part of a culture change that is reinforced regularly in our Guards to make people feel safe.


Employee Recognition and Incentives: Rangers understands the importance placed on employee retention and limiting  staff turnover at all our sites. Our management meets on a regular  basis to explore innovative ideas for employee recognition programs and incentive plans.
